SUMMARY:COSI SciFest 2025 Test Drives and Clinic
DESCRIPTION:In Collaboration with COSI Scifest 2025\nTake a Soap Box Derby car test drive! Open to boys and girls ages 7 to 17. Create a lifelong memory of driving a derby car and learn the science behind gravity drag racing. \nFREE. Everyone invited. RSVP to columbus@soapboxderby.org for preferential status or just show up. Test cars will be available to try out and expert clinics run continuously to explain the science of gravity drag racing. \nAfter your test drive\, if you’re hooked\, we have loaner cars and mentors to help you get started racing in the Columbus Championships on June 14\, 2025.  A no obligation opportunity to give derby racing a try. \nAll drivers must be age 7 or older and must sign a waiver by their parent.  Custom adult cars will also be on hand for those parents that want to join the fun! \nQuestions?
